Before we knew it, it was time for the ceremony. I am so glad that the photographers took some shots of the flowers. I absolutely love these flower stands. We had six of them. We also had the entire garden ceremony complimentary with our dinner package. We did not have to worry about buying the flowers (I only had to pick my preference of flowers and colours), or hiring anyone to set up the chairs, ribbons or sound system. We simply had to turn up! :) Greatest news for me.
Our programme- designed by me and edited by my loving husband and father-in-law. They worked very hard on the Chinese translation so that everyone in the extended family would understand what was going on. We also had the exchange of vows written in Chinese because for many of our relatives, it would be the first time that they attended a Christian wedding. My mother-in-law and husband were amazing. They managed to find scented covers with silver embossed roses. The mint colour was a coincidence and ended up going together with the bridesmaids dresses and the bestman/emcee's ties! None of this were planned but mint green became our wedding theme all on its own!
These were given to us by a wonderful friend of mom's. They have been carefully preserved for 10 years! They adorned the sides of our chairs perfectly. Many thanks to mom for restoring these pretty flowers and Jess who painstakingly pinned these to the seats. I love that our wedding was filled with many heirlooms, traditions and historical items.
A pretty shot of the red carpet.
The garden. Many thanks to Kit for making the magic happen by accomodating everyone and still leaving space to walk in the conservatory.
Love the coconut tree and this perspective from the conservatory.
Pretty silver bows in a row
The adorably handsome pageboy.
Many thanks to Auntie Ah Loy for making the beautiful ring-pillow with diamantes dressing our rings.

Waiting for the moment to arrive
Many thanks to mom for helping arrange these flowers. I added the lace around to give them a feminine look. So glad I was able to buy these multiway dresses. They are perfect for bridesmaids and attracted many compliments from my guests. I picked mint because of our garden/sea-themed wedding. The best man and emcee wore matching ties too.
Our lovely musician and singer. These two serenaded us all in our favourite hymns which we hold dear to our everyday lives: 'To God Be The Glory' and 'Great Is Thy Faithfulness'.
A closeup shot of the veil and the pearls that I am so proud of being able to sew! Haha.
My husband's nanny praying a lovely Chinese blessing over us.
'It's a happy dayyy and I thank God for the weather~'
