Food for Thought

Here are August's and September's highlights in culinary adventures.

I made OATMEAL BAKED CHICKEN. 
It tasted really good- like Southern Fried Chicken except that it was healthier.

CHOW MEIN

STEAMED PLAICE- Teochew style minus the asam/tamarind.

CHICKEN CHOP WITH ORIENTAL SAUCE

SINGAPORE LAKSA

THE BEST VELVET CUPCAKES EVER

My fiance made this. AMAZING CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 

BEANCURD SOUP 

AVOCADOS FOR GUACAMOLE!

ABN's yummy recipe for PANCAKES!

All in all, a very productive and interesting month in the kitchen. :)
