Cornish Christmas- Part II

The home of Doc Martin

There were steep roads along the small fishing village. Most shops were closed and we got some directions from a local. We walked along the beautiful coastline and came around into the cove/port.

Some interesting sights along the way

The green tufts of wind-swept grass.

In the words of my mom-in-law: 'Beautiful jagged wind-swept Atlantic coastline, seagulls cruising and calling above. Once a while a guilemot, black bird with a distinct white stripe along its wings, swooping by and of course the COLD wind, chilly weather and drizzles... hmm.. perfect!'

In the words of my mom-in-law(the prolific writer) again: 'It's thrilling to be stepping right up to the front door of Doc Martin's house and walking the narrow stone and slate streets...' It is the third house from the left- with orange frames.
