Canberra Part 3

Canberra Day 3-6: 5-9 Degrees

Lots of homecooking and healthy breakfasts...

Sausages with mustard

Big Fat Portokali(s)

Asian grocery shopping of course. Had to hunt down Golden Needle mushrooms, Black bean paste, Tofu and Straw Mushrooms.

To Rubees for some amazing ice-cream. The cookie dough mix was gobsmacking.

I always make it a point to have these yummy scones when I visit Aus. White Choc and Berry Scone. Many more tantalising flavours. So glad that Ying finally got to taste them after my countless ravings and descriptions. :D

We had Dominos night.

Golden Needle Chicken and Mushrooms

'Yuk Peng'- We usually make this with pork. However, this was the first time we made it using beef, steamed with Shanghai veg and it worked out great.

With all the eating, one has to run.

Chaseling Street

Pretty parakeets

Walked to the post office at Woden for Ying to send some postcards

And of course, coffee at...

I know nothing about coffee but he says it tastes real good.

Did some grocery shopping...We cut through a cemetery to get there. The cemetery is beautiful. So we rested on a bench on the way home.

Had some guacamole with doritos. Yummy!
